Tofu cream with fruit

This is a delicious healthy alternative to adding cream to fruit


  • 300 gms silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup soy yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • fruit of choice



  1. blend tofu, yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla
    pour over fruit
